Service detail
Ants on the counter. A spider that doesn't belong in the corner. Once pests get inside, they don't leave on their own, and more are usually already hiding behind the walls by the time you spot one.
How the visit goes
- We walk the property
A technician checks the yard, foundation, and likely entry points, then moves inside to kitchens, bathrooms, and other spots pests use to get in.
- We treat the problem areas
Treatment goes where the activity actually is, not just where you noticed it, so nests and hiding spots get covered too.
- We check common entry points
Baseboards, door thresholds, and other spots pests use to get inside get a closer look before we finish.
- We set a return schedule
You get a plan for when we come back, so new activity gets caught early instead of building up again.
What you receive
- A written summary of what we found
- Photos of activity or damage, if there is any
- A straight price before any work starts
- A plan for what to watch between visits
- A follow-up visit already on the calendar
