How the visit goes
- We track down the source
A technician checks the likely spots first, drains, carpet padding, appliances, crawl spaces, then works outward until the cause turns up.
- We remove the cause
Once we know what's producing the smell, we deal with that directly instead of masking it.
- We treat the affected area
The space where the odor settled gets treated so the smell doesn't linger after the source is gone.
- We check the space again
Before we finish, we walk back through the space to check whether the smell is still there.
