How the visit goes
- We clear the gutters
A technician clears leaves, debris, and buildup by hand from every run on the house, not just the sections visible from the ground.
- We check the downspouts
Downspouts get checked and cleared too, since a clogged spout backs water up into a gutter that's already clean.
- We check the flow
Water gets run through the system to check that it's actually draining away from the house.
- We flag any damage
Loose brackets, sagging sections, or worn spots get pointed out while we're up there.
